Is there colour options for the frames?

At the moment we just have white

What colour are the globes?

You can choose between cool white or warm white

What is the difference between cool white or warm white?

Cool white is a crisp white glow and warm white is a golden glow. Our most popular globe choice is cool white.

Do the lights need power?

Yes the lights need power and an extension cord is provided free of charge.

Will they fit in my car?

Depends on your car size, however yes usually they will fit if you have the back seats down and it isnt filled with balloons :)

How long can I hire the lights for?

Our hire time is for 48 hours.

Balloon care

It is best if we deliver your balloons a few hours before your event to keep them fresh and fabulous! Just be sure to keep them cool — heat and balloons don’t mix.

A Few Important Balloon Safety tips

For the safety of little ones and furry friends, we recommend that children and pets are always supervised around balloons. If a balloon pops, please dispose of the pieces immediately — popped balloons and ribbons can pose a choking or entanglement risk.

While helium is non-toxic and non-flammable, inhaling it is extremely dangerous and can cause serious harm, including loss of consciousness or even death. Please never inhale helium.
